Responsibilities

Define and execute the roadmap and strategy of all current and future products in a business group.

Gather and prioritize requirements, work closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure customer satisfaction and support company goals.

Manage product development staff, oversee software releases, and engage in continuous market research and customer feedback.

Administer tactical activities and develop overall product strategy in collaboration with VP.

Specify market requirements, gather feedback, and deliver requirement documents to development teams.

Conduct meetings with suppliers and marketing counterparts, present products to stakeholders, and participate in tenders.

Produce and maintain marketing content, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and drive sales through demand generation tools and events.

Ensure relevant teams receive necessary training, provide ongoing guidance, and promote offerings internally and externally.

Ensure awareness of offerings within partner organizations and conduct customer training events.
