Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with company leaders to help shape product strategy and deliver impactful products for our customers

Define and maintain technology objectives and initiatives

Lead technology team responsible for all software and hardware

Be a true leader for your team and act as a technical mentor, provide hands-on coaching with different aspects of coding, software development and design and other aspects as needed

Manage all technology activities within a department including design, development, production and testing

Oversee project management process and delivery timelines to keep projects on schedule and on budget

All other duties as assigned
