Responsibilities

Responsible for product branding, positioning, and overall marketing plan, for Realms, Marketplace Pass, and upcoming online experiences.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute product go-to-market plans, define innovative ways to drive player acquisition, and identify opportunities to enhance marketplace conversion.

Manage and implement marketing for subscription monthly service updates to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention of subscribers.

Identify and execute marketing strategies to reduce churn, increase subscriber engagement, and drive acquisitions of new subscribers.

Develop paid media campaigns, in-game messages, and promotional opportunities with platform partners to drive acquisition and retention.

Provide brand briefs and consumer direction to maintain marketing consistency across all channels.

Coordinate with community and editorial teams to influence engagement strategy and schedule for subscriptions and multiplayer experiences.

Define an experimental approach to test, learn, measure, and iterate on campaign effectiveness, and report findings to stakeholders and leadership.

Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and provide feedback on market research as necessary.
