Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.

Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes and standards to ensure comprehensive testing of SaaS applications integrated with on-site systems.

Ensure the QA team is meeting project and department milestones/goals.

Oversee the creation and maintenance of detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Lead integration testing efforts to ensure seamless interaction between cloud-based applications and on-site systems.

Evaluate and implement improvements to existing test automation frameworks and processes.

Ensure that software tests identify defects and meet quality standards by evaluating test results against expected outcomes.

Implement improvements to the QA process based on test results and team feedback.

Recommend alternative testing strategies and methodologies as needed to improve product quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations, to ensure alignment on quality goals.

Communicate testing progress, results, and issues to stakeholders effectively.
