Responsibilities
Performs audits that may include reviewing licensure for adjusters, producers, company, policy fulfillment, listening to customer service calls, claims, and other audit functions, as assigned.
Creates reports on audit results and provides recommendations to fix issues.
Provides risk analysis of data and change management issues.
May create testing scenarios for new product rollouts, regulatory changes, audit fixes, etc.
May perform user acceptance testing on administration platforms and company and/or external websites, including post-production quality checks.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
