Responsibilities
Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
On-site signage design, production and install coordination
Company collateral design, production, and implementation coordination
Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends
E-mail campaign design and implementation
Apparel design and production coordination
Product design and production coordination
Web design and coordination
Maintain accurate project statuses in internal task management systems

Required
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field preferred
2-4 years of experience in graphic design
Proficient in Adobe Suite
Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
Portfolio of work
Ability to receive creative direction and feedback
Ability to implement process improvement strategies
Good judgement, decision making and forward thinking
Must be efficient, detail oriented and a quick learner
Adaptability to fast changing environments
Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor, ability to work as a team
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Experience in digital marketing preferred
Experience in web design and development is preferred
