Responsibilities

Manage scheduling internal and external appointments, confirming meetings, and organizing logistics

Coordinate global and domestic travel (with support from firm’s outside travel agent)

Handle all logistics for internal and external meetings

Completion of detailed corporate expenses

Screen/route incoming calls, email and correspondence

Flexibility after regular business hours for time-sensitive tasks

Manage day-to-day tasks, including booking reservations, appointments, onsite meals, etc.

Assist with the preparation of memos, notebooks, and PowerPoint presentations
