Responsibilities
Establish and maintain customer relations for quality-related issues.
Address customer issues and corrective actions.
Review customer chargebacks for accuracy.
Develop and implement methods for investigating root cause analysis (8D's) and implementing/verifying long-term corrective action.
Perform capability analysis on existing products, which may lead to changes in specs or test frequency.
Participate in the internal auditing program.
Responsible for placing and dispositioning questionable product in quarantine status.
Travel to customers proactively and on demand.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in chemical, plastic, or related engineering with 3 to 5 years’ experience
Experience solving problems and making decisions independently
Ability to analyze data and present findings to teams
Self-motivated
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel to customers
