Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies to grow enrollment and revenue for childcare and preschool business.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and differentiation.
Develop compelling messaging and positioning for childcare and preschool programs across channels, assets, and campaigns.
Collaborate with the product team to develop go-to-market plans to launch new features/updates/products.
Track and analyze key metrics to measure the impact and success of marketing campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics and provide actionable insights to inform product roadmap and business strategy.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing - or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
At least 5 years in Marketing (preferably in the early education/childcare/preschool industry) - Required
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the childcare or education industry
Experience developing product collateral and messaging that directly supports marketing campaigns and go-to-market initiatives
Adept at managing tight timelines, competing priorities, and projects that span multiple departments
Ability to cultivate strong relationships internally and externally, including client organizations and partner teams
Demonstrated success in developing campaigns that measurably generate interest in a product or service
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Analytical thinker, capable of assessing how marketing efforts contribute to opportunity creation and organizational growth

Preferred

Master’s Degree in Marketing - Preferred
