Responsibilities
Perform complex data analysis using various tools (Excel, Power Bi, etc.)
Develop a deep understanding of the data under analysis, ensuring accuracy and completeness with timely delivery
Lead RFx projects from launch to execution as Project Manager for high-visibility initiatives
Identify cost savings and operational efficiency opportunities through data analysis
Foster relationships with partners throughout the business during data gathering and analysis activities
Analyze data to support shared objectives and drive strategy within Procurement COE
Steward the ESFM Procurement/Strategic Sourcing Processes as a subject matter expert
Build and distribute complex RFx documents to external suppliers, analyze responses, and propose awards

Required
Completion of undergraduate degree and/or equivalent business experience required.
3+ years of experience in an analytical role. Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or related fields required
Possesses strong analytical skills and demonstrates expertise in technical applications (e.g. Excel, Power BI)
Feels comfortable manipulating large, complex data sets and can leverage analytical skills to drive and influence business decisions
Demonstrates effective problem-solving and project management skills and strives for continuous improvement
Demonstrates business financial knowledge
Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills in creating presentations and other high-quality deliverables
Showcases maturity of being comfortable presenting to executive-level stakeholders and other cross-functional leadership
Manages constructive and cooperative working relationships, often without introduction, and can function effectively on a team; displays leadership qualities
Demonstrates self-confidence and integrity in a challenging work environment; can act as a self-starter
Shows initiative in taking ownership of new responsibilities, pushing boundaries, and challenging the status quo
Preferred
Experience in the facilities management industry a plus
