Responsibilities

Setting up Promotional Displays: Prepare and arrange promotional displays, kiosks, or stands in retail locations to attract customers' attention and showcase products or services effectively.

Engaging with Customers: Actively engage with customers, providing information about promotional offers, products, or services, and addressing any inquiries they may have.

Demonstrating Products: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of specific products, encouraging customer interest and purchase.

Assisting with Marketing Campaigns: Support the marketing process by guiding customers through promotional activities, handling transactions, and processing payments when needed.

Maintaining Visual Merchandising: Ensure that promotional displays and merchandising follow brand guidelines and are well-maintained throughout the promotion period.

Coordinating Events and Activities: Assist in organizing and executing promotional events, marketing campaigns, or special activities to enhance customer engagement and boost sales.

Providing Customer Service: Offer excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience and foster customer loyalty.

Collaborating with Team Members: Work closely with the marketing team and other colleagues to coordinate promotions and align efforts for successful outcomes.

Staying Informed: Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to better assist customers and answer their questions.
