Responsibilities
Assists with preconstruction services agreements and invoice
Coordinates communication with owner and design team throughout preconstruction
Sets up project in Sage that will orchestrate the flow of information needed for each component of the project
Confirms materials and methods with the project design team
Utilizing graph takeoff software coordinates unit takeoffs of materials
Assembles graphic takeoffs into a line-itemed budget with detailed explanations
Attends assumptions meeting with the owner
Conducts product research and suggestions for budget reductions (ex: value engineering
Establishes sequencing and prepares schedule
Presents graphic takeoffs to subcontractors and assembles subcontractor pricing
Coordinates internal reviews with Partners
Coordinates administrative requirements of various bid packages
Attends onsite meetings with subcontractors and/or design team
Makes updates to schedule with subcontractor inputs
Coordinates final budget breakdown with financial manager
Coordinates project hand off to Project Manager and Construction Manager

Required
5 or more years of direct construction project management experience specifically within the residential or commercial industry
Assists with preconstruction services agreements and invoice
Coordinates communication with owner and design team throughout preconstruction
