Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls, visitors, and e-mail inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Manage accounting tasks: receiving and processing payments, generating quotes and invoices, preparing and making deposits, and paying bills and invoices.
Facilitate weekly office meetings
Utilize computer literacy skills to perform various administrative tasks
Utilize QuickBooks for accounting tasks
Provide general administrative support
Responsible for basic onboarding of company’s new hires
Prepare packages, create shipping labels, and deliver to appropriate shipping company
Other duties as assigned

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
Related experience in an office environment
Excellent phone etiquette skills
Possess strong attention to detail and trustworthiness
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and basic technology
Ability to work independently
Must be reliable and flexible
Must be looking for permanent, full-time employment
Preferred
Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple lines
