Responsibilities
Review designs to ensure intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and technically sophisticated products.
Prioritize and evangelize user research initiatives to inform design strategies and product decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design visions and strategies.
Ensure key milestones are communicated and met by getting involved in design decisions.
Incorporate emerging design trends in HTML, CSS, JS, and AI to maintain product innovation.
Advocate for design excellence, inclusivity, and accessibility throughout the product development process.
Create and maintain cultural initiatives within the design team.

Required
An extensive portfolio showcasing expertise in designing highly technical products, with proven success in high-impact projects.
Some leadership experience managing designers on complex projects.
Comfort with stakeholder collaboration in a fully remote environment.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and accessibility, and optionally some Javascript, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into user-centered designs.
Exceptional people-problem-solving skills, with a track record of improving design processes, supporting career growth, and collaborating with cross-functional managers as a team.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design vision and strategy at all organizational levels.
Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture, get alignment on long-term vision, while focusing on achievable but aspirational key objectives and results.
Have a bias towards action working on complex products at a high growth, scaling company.
Aren’t afraid of sweating the details to ensure that the products that ship continuously exceed our customer’s expectations.
Also possess any one of these qualities: a growth mindset, motivated to make things better, comfortable with ambiguity, a love of craft, and optimistic about the future.
