Required
At least 6 years relevant experience as Business Analyst
Extensive experience with ERP systems
Knowledge of system integration methods and APIs
Expertise in gathering and documenting requirements
Strong documentation skills with experience in tools like Confluence
Proficiency on business process mapping and analysis
Experience with enterprise-level Software-as-a-Service solutions
Experience with Waterfall development model and testing practices
Preferred
Familiarity or competency with the following tools: Smartsheet, LucidChart, Microsoft 365, Confluence, Jira, Azure DevOps, Salesforce
