Responsibilities

Develop and distribute key metric scorecards and business review documents.

Handle field communication inquiries related to product distribution to Wingstop restaurants.

Maintain system records, handle buying support, and ensure contract documentation accuracy.

Utilize data analytics tools for actionable reports and procurement sourcing optimization.

Support logistics optimization, maintain supply-demand balance, and enhance customer service levels.

Contribute to category profiles, RFP requests, and negotiation strategies.

Identify process improvements, mitigate supply chain risks, and streamline operations with management software.

Collaborate with Category Managers to understand markets and implement supply chain strategies.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics or equivalent work experience required

Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), foodservice, Indirect, CAPEX, FFE and restaurant industry experience

3 years+ experience in Supply Chain, Procurement of Indirect/Service category preferred, or related field

Systems proficiency with ERP, Power BI, Arrowstream and intermediate technical skills in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Must possess strong financial analysis skills and are responsible for industry assessments, financial analysis, strategic sourcing, contract creations and cost modelling

Working knowledge of equipment materials for use in restaurant/foodservice

Strong understanding of operational aspects of the company from raw materials through delivery

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate at a high level across multiple functions

Working knowledge in the effective implementation of material management tools

Basic understanding of best-in-class processes such as: Sourcing, Contracting, Risk Mgmt., Category Mgmt., Reporting, Data Analytics, and Supplier Integration

Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

Attention to detail and organizational skills
