Head Of Regional Marketing

Responsibilities
Craft & implement targeted global and regional marketing programs, including but not limited to field events, webinars, account-based marketing, & trade shows
Develop strategy and implement targeted customer and partner marketing programs and hosted events to meet marketing goals, including but not limited to user conferences, vertical-focused events, and high-touch dinners.
Review and report to stakeholders regularly on regional pipelines, program feedback, return on investment, attribution and iterations of future activities.
Partner and work closely with sales teams to craft account-level marketing plans for SafeBreach’s top strategic accounts.
Drive demand creation and lead generation activity in developing qualified sales leads and crafting brand awareness activities.
Partner closely with channel managers to execute local programs, campaigns and other relevant initiatives.
Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns to include account-based marketing, webinars and virtual programs for top vertical segments. Work with the Marketing team to ensure availability of content and other materials such as case studies, data-sheets, or give-aways whenever needed for campaigns.
Maintain the marketing calendar and regional budgets, supervise speaking opportunities, research and implement third-party conferences and collect information for relevant programs across the regions.

Required
7+ years of experience required with proven success within field marketing, sales enablement, regional marketing and/or events.
Demonstrated track record of high-quality results in field marketing, events and sales enablement in a B2B tech, SaaS or subscription business. Startup security company experience is highly preferred.
Strong familiarity with field marketing best practices, industry trends, including expertise in developing and messaging to specific personas or industries.
Hands on do-er; someone who doesn’t shy away from the challenges of a startup environment
Data-driven leader who leans heavily on feedback, KPIs and analysis to identify the next best action
Exceptional proven collaboration with and between Sales, Customer Success, Marketing organizations. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Strong familiarity with digital marketing, programmatic ABM, campaign frameworks, etc.
Excellent written communication skills and well-honed presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred
Master's degree/MBA preferred.
Experience in the Breach & Attack Simulation (BAS) or cybersecurity space
Previous experience with industry channel partners preferred
