Responsibilities

Manage key relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, leader champions, and community partners.
Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of educational program offerings for staff.
Provide leadership in planning and coordinating educational program offerings.
Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining schedules and material requirements for leadership programs and projects.
Recommend and implement modifications to improve program effectiveness and resource utilization.
Contribute to the development, implementation, and analysis of program reports.

Required

Bachelor’s degree within a related field of study: Program Administration, Project/Program Management, Academic Instruction/Counseling, Leadership/Organizational Development, Human Resources, Corporate Event Planning or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
Minimum of three years of experience planning, coordinating, and implementing professional development programs and leadership events.
Three to five years of experience leading a team and competency in teaching/facilitating leadership and soft/professional skills content.
Currently holds or is willing to obtain necessary certifications related to delivery in core focus areas (i.e. Center for Creative Leadership).
Ability to collaborate and build relationships contributing to the success and positive image of the Leadership Development function.
Support the strategic objectives of Leadership Development and the Learning & Organizational Development department by contributing innovative ideas and applying unique approaches to delivery challenges.
Ability to succeed and establish partner relationships in a hybrid environment, traveling to various training locations up to 20%.
Must live in or within manageable commuting distance to Raleigh or Greensboro, North Carolina.

Preferred

Demonstrated end-to-end delivery experience from class administration, communications, live and virtual facilitation to analytics for improvement.
Proficient with Project Management software, with the ability to visually map out delivery plans and execution requirements for leadership programs.
Proficiency with MS Office and experience designing presentation decks in PowerPoint and preparing analytical reports in Excel.
