Responsibilities

Develop Business Strategies: Create and execute business plans to drive order growth and increase market share in assigned industrial, healthcare, and consumer electronics segments.

Forge Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with external companies to enhance our ecosystem business within targeted segments.

Market Analysis and Strategic Direction: Utilize deep customer insights to identify market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive landscapes. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand business across the Americas region.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders (customers, partners) to drive collaboration and achieve business objectives.

Alignment with Sales Objectives: Collaborate closely with the sales team to align business development strategies with field objectives and sales targets. Provide support and guidance to ensure cohesive execution of business plans.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional satisfaction. Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for the client within the organization.
