Responsibilities
Apply expert subject matter knowledge to collaborate with Product, Development, and Operations teams to review product requirements and design for accuracy and testability.
Design, develop, document, and execute well-structured test plans and test cases covering feature, functional, integration, and system level testing and defect management.
Propose improvements to our existing development and test processes/strategies.
Analyze customer reported issues and recommend resolutions.
Driven to find defects prior to Production implementation.
Take part in root cause analysis of quality issues.

Required
Proven knowledge and experience within the travel industry; airline and agency with focus on IATA NDC technologies
Analytical, creative, and curious thinker, improving overall testing effectiveness
Confident and articulate, with professional speaking and presentation abilities
Natural accountability for role
