Responsibilities
Establish, document, and maintain data governance policies, processes, and procedures
Engage with stakeholders to identify data quality needs and develop data quality checks
Perform impact analysis of regulatory, business, system changes on the data governance program
Prepare material for key governance forums to review progress and initiatives
Create and enforce data management policies for compliance with regulations
Develop data flow diagrams, process flow diagrams, and relationship diagrams
Document data collection processes, business applications, storage locations, and data standards
Monitor and improve data quality continuously
Collaborate with data stewards to define data ownership and promote data stewardship
Monitor and report on compliance with data policies and standards
Support the implementation of new data governance technologies and process change

Required
Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services industry as a Business Analyst
Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira is required
Must have a strong understanding of databases and data governance
Experience in conducting gap analysis is necessary
Prior exposure to AB Testing is essential
Must be familiar with Agile Scrum methodologies
Should have a deep understanding of business process functions
Ability to create and manage business requirement documents is required
