Responsibilities
Monitoring all system alerts and helping to resolve complex issues in system hardware and software.
Proactively maintaining and developing all Linux/Unix infrastructure technology to maintain a 24x7x365 uptime service.
Engineering systems administration-related solutions for various project and operational needs.
Maintaining best practices on managing systems and services across all environments.
Fault finding, analysis and logging information for reporting of performance exceptions.
Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning.
Managing, coordinating, and implementing software upgrades, patches, hot fixes on servers, workstations, and network hardware.
Creating and modifying scripts or applications to perform tasks.
Providing input on ways to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of the environment.
Evaluating all papers per system requirements, as well as all design and development activities, and administrating all sophisticated processes.
Creating an infrastructure to handle all business requirements and executing frequent system troubleshooting to fix all difficulties.
Communicating regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.

Required
5+ years of hands-on experience in Linux/Unix administration support experience in production environments with strong hands-on experience in Troubleshooting, Patching, and upgrades.
In depth knowledge of Linux: RedHat, AIX, CentOS, SUSE, etc.
Expert in Shell, Perl, and/or Python scripting
Solid knowledge of protocols such as DNS, HTTP, LDAP, SMTP and SNMP
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Live near or willing to relocate to Springdale, AR . Relocation assistance is available.
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
Additional Linux certifications (RHCT, RHCE and LPIC) will be considered an advantage.
Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities

Can operate independently or with minimum supervision.
