Required

Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro is essential.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Airtable, Monday, or similar platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in creating compelling motion graphics and animations.
Portfolio demonstrating creative and technical skills in motion design.
Passion for storytelling and bringing ideas to life through animation.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines effectively.

Preferred

Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Blender, Maya) is preferred.
