Responsibilities
This role is responsible for end to end ownership financial analysis for list price and contract price decisions for the US Innovative Medicine business.
This role is responsible for providing financial analysis for list price and contract price decisions for the US Innovative Medicine business.
The position requires partnering with Commercial teams to influence portfolio pricing decisions, deliver financial commitments, and frame pricing strategies for senior management.
The Senior Analyst will support and shape our strategy in response to the dynamic pricing environment as it relates to competitive based contracting, value/outcomes-based contracting, price action sensitivity, and external price analyses.
This will require effective modeling of financial scenarios for Deal/No Deal decisions and Game Theory analysis of US Innovative Medicine strategy impact on competitors and customers.
The Senior Analyst will provide both financial and strategic business leadership and communicate effectively with senior management and cross-functional groups within the US Innovative Medicine organization.
Key analyses may include government legislation, inflation reduction act impacts, other pricing projects and portfolio analytics

Required
A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required; Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
A minimum of three (3) years of finance, accounting or related business experience is required.
The ability to challenge business assumptions and develop alternative scenarios will be required.
Candidate must possess excellent analytical (MS Excel), conceptual, presentation, communication, influencing and interpersonal skills, required.
The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required.
Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, required.
The ability to effectively take on leadership roles in various functions is required.
This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and proven leadership skills.
Preferred
A CPA, CMA, MBA or other financial certifications are preferred.
Prior experience in the Pharm sector or Gross-To-Net/Pricing is preferred given the specialized nature of this role.
This role will be located in Horsham, PA or Titusville, NJ and may require up to 10% travel.
