Responsibilities
Business Requirements: Solicit, review, and analyze business requirements. Write business and technical requirements and validate them with stakeholders to ensure the solution meets business needs.
Technical Application: Apply technology to enable business solutions. Work with technology teams to create and deliver high-quality system solutions for applications, products, and services across various technology functions, including engineering, operations, capability strategy, and delivery.
EDI Transactions: Experience with CMS Submission Process, EDI transactions, and response file processing flow.
Process Consultation: Consult with users and technology specialists to define, document, and analyze business processes and the information systems supporting those processes.
Technical Support: Provide technical support in developing systems that are cost-effective and meet users’ requirements. Ensure systems work cohesively, enforcing standards and methods consistently across the enterprise.

Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience within the US healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of 834, 837, and 820 X12 data formats and standards.
Experience with CMS Submission Process, EDI transactions, and response file processing flow.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to write and validate business and technical requirements.
Experience in applying technology to create business solutions.
Ability to work with cross-functional technology teams to deliver high-quality system solutions
