Responsibilities

Ensure that series production meets customer requirements

Support the continuous improvement process

Ensure plant readiness to launch successful new programs

Manage and report key ME indicators

Procure manufacturing equipment considering security, quality, and environmental protection

Follow up on equipment and tooling

Support engineering change management process

Update manufacturing routines and work instructions

Keep processes at the best possible level in compliance with regulations

Build the engineering budget and plant CAPEX

Monitor capacity utilization

Plan, monitor, and coordinate work of external companies

Create and introduce procedures for field of responsibility

Support problem-solving initiatives

Participate in the plant PDP

Support labor, quality, equipment, and tooling improvements

Define plant layout for new product launches

Lead installation of new machines and equipment

Staff, train, coach, assess, and develop the plant manufacturing engineering team

Support and train other networks/functions

Participate in expertise network management

Comply with Code of Ethics and Management

Manage ME key indicators

Assist with additional tasks as assigned

Act in accordance with Faurecia's values and Code of Ethics
