Responsibilities
Work with third-party data analysts to ensure datasets are updated as needed, and review data dashboards for quality control before publication.
Prepare communications for executive teams and stakeholders on the progress of social media amplification programs.
Assist with training and documentation for employee advocacy programs.
Manage stakeholder requests as needed to support employee advocacy and executive communications programs.
Identify suitable stories for employees to share on social media and help identify and support best practices for social sharing.
Coordinate advocacy efforts with the Microsoft internal home page team (MSW) to further promote employee social sharing while ensuring consistent messaging and style.
Assist in the preparation of all-company emails to advance the objective of promoting employee social sharing.

Required
Minimum 2 years of experience managing internal communications and working with executive stakeholders for a large enterprise.
Experience identifying stories that are suitable for employee sharing or analyzing data to measure the success of client’s communications initiatives.
Writing and communication skills.
Experience in Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint with a desire to adapt new tools.
Must be able to work Pacific Time Zone.
Preferred
Experience managing communications and social media for executives is preferred, but not required.
