Responsibilities
Expand and maintain the Rails API
Build new features primarily with Ruby & Python
Continuously improve the codebase
Watch over and take care of the Postgres database and Redis instances
Stand up machines, internal dashboards, and other tooling to support core services

Required
5+ years of solid experience in a comparable role and context, showcasing your expertise
Contribute 2-3 years of recent experience from a position involving the release of production code in Ruby
Demonstrated experience working harmoniously with fellow engineers and designers to achieve common goals
Cultivate a habit of proactively enhancing systems without explicit prompting
Showcase your knack for problem-solving by demonstrating experience in dissecting logs, error messages, and event data
Exhibit a genuine desire and willingness to assist, even when tasks fall outside your defined scope of responsibility
