Responsibilities

Demonstrate high-level technical skills and provide technical leadership
Mentor and lead junior developers, ensuring code quality and best practices
Develop software development strategies and implement on the Force.com platform
Lead architecture and technical design discussions, code reviews, and specifications
Assist in analysis and procurement of productivity tools as needed

Required

Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
Strong software engineering skills with Force.com Platform (Apex, LWC, Aura Components)
Experience in troubleshooting implementation issues and developing test classes
Knowledge of Salesforce Workflow Rules, Visual Flow, Process Builder, and limitations
Minimum of Eight (8) years of experience in software engineering

Preferred

Certifications preferred: Certified SFDC Developer I and II, Platform App Builder
Familiarity with integration approaches and tools, including Salesforce Connect and oData
Experience with testing automation tools like Selenium
Strong understanding of design principles and technically scalable data modeling
Knowledge of automated deployment/DevOps tools and technologies
