Responsibilities
Prepare initial analysis of loan packages to qualify incoming loan requests
Participate in meetings to discuss the status of active loans
Expand knowledge and develop relationships with financing sources
Interact with producers, brokers, and borrowers to gather due diligence
Prepare and present necessary due diligence information for loan requests
Input entries in Salesforce and pipeline management systems
Prepare pre-call plans for Producers and participate in property inspections
Complete ongoing project assignments for Production Management Team
Support routine business and administrative needs for Production Manager
Perform other duties as assigned

Required
Bachelor’s degree (prefer finance and/or real estate concentration)
2 plus years of financial analyst experience with commercial real estate owner, broker, appraiser, or financial institution preferred
Good concept of financial analysis of income producing real estate
Excellent financial modeling skills including thorough knowledge of Excel, and ARGUS a plus
Proficiency in MS Outlook and Word, ability to learn Salesforce and other company software as needed
Proven written and oral communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to accurately and productively handle multiple tasks during time sensitive situations
Ability to show ownership of your work, take on challenges and acknowledge growth opportunities, and demonstrate patience when learning new processes
Courtesy, respect, and thoughtfulness in teaming with colleagues and other stakeholders
Preferred
2 plus years of financial analyst experience with commercial real estate owner, broker, appraiser, or financial institution
