Responsibilities

Assist Department and Project Managers with work orders and project billings standards.

Document and route outgoing invoices.

Assist with time entry, payroll, purchase orders, and quality control programs.

Build and maintain customer and supplier relationships.

Prepare progress reports and schedules for clients.

Answer incoming telephone calls.

Perform other duties as assigned.
