Responsibilities
Serve as the Finance Team’s central point of contact for necessary team follow-ups
Teach and guide Marketing & Communication colleagues on operational platform utilization for budget tracking, time tracking, PTO, expenses, etc.
Centralize vendor management, including contract-tracking, estimate/invoice SharePoint filing, and office supplies management
Process invoices for key, ongoing requisitions
Support integrated marketing plan development and execution
Lead paid media trafficking and change management with internal and external partners
Work cross-functionally to align content calendars across paid, owned, and earned
Own, consolidate, and deliver quarterly report-out documents for stakeholders with a cross-functional team
Lead the team as the operational platform expert, deep diving into platforms, tools, and capabilities to support team members
Stay updated with the latest technology and trends, such as Zoom, WebEx, Teams, LinkedIn, and Social Media
Drive SharePoint file sharing best practices and define nomenclature to enhance file wayfinding
Demonstrate high proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and support team members' usage with proactive introduction of new capabilities
Proactively introduce new capabilities that push the team to the next level with template development, etc.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
1-5+ years of experience in an operations support capacity. Experience with budget management, operational management experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Expert proficiency in virtual meeting technology platforms, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Enthusiastic and willing to learn about new platforms and technologies
Ability to multi-task and manage many work streams simultaneously – likes the adrenaline of being part of a fast-paced team
Desire to drive change and adapt and grow as part of an evolving, energetic organization
Self-starter, solution-oriented, collaboration with a positive, can-do attitude
Experience working in a decentralized, multi-location organization
Passion for creatively solving problems and making things work
