Responsibilities

Teach CAD design principles on SolidWorks to team members and new hires needing skill enhancement

Collaborate with the team in conceptualizing, designing, and developing innovative solutions for customers

Create detailed drawings of components and assemblies for product design and manufacturing

Conduct feasibility studies and analyze design concepts for functionality, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness

Provide feedback to improve the quality & performance of designs

Work closely with manufacturing teams to resolve design-related issues and optimize manufacturing processes

Stay current on the latest trends, advancements, and best practices in CAD software & engineering methodologies
