Responsibilities

Drive project milestones, timeline, metro and defect data analysis.

Collaborate and drive equipment vendors for Defect and TF metro tools.

Work on new detection/inline techniques to close detection gaps.

Full accountability for TD quality issues; excursion control plan.

Select and develop Metro equipment for program quality, reliability, and yield.

Collaborate with process areas and integration team for routine wafer experiments.

Develop and implement practices or methodologies to reduce cost and improve efficiency.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Review and update documentation and process instructions.

Resolve process or metrology issues related to material selections.

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Perform other duties of a similar nature or level.

Required

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in science, Technology, or Engineering.

Fundamental knowledge of various metrology and optical inspections tools and techniques such as scatterometry, ellipsometry, AFM, CD SEM, FTIR, SAXS, reflectometry, Defect inspection tools Brightfield/Darkfield.

Solid knowledge of wafer fabrication processing techniques and tools.

Knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office applications to create spreadsheets, word documents, presentations.

Data analysis proficiency and statistics, able to design experiments, analyze results and recommend correctives actions, and JMP (preferred).

Candidates must possess a passion for solving complex manufacturing problems and a continuous learning mindset.

Preferred

Experience in handling international shipping and vendor collaboration is highly desirable.
