Responsibilities
Responsible for Release Management and Deployment of packages between environments
Creating Users, Permission Groups, Permission Sets, etc.
Responsible for Integrations with other environments such as MuleSoft, AutoRABIT, OWN Back up and Azure SSO.
Creating and refreshing Sandboxes and Environments
Working with DevOps engineers, QA Team, and the Development team to coordinate deployment tasks.
Ensuring that application release code have met all security and compliance guidelines, tested successfully, and gained business approval and owner sign-off.
Coordinating releases to production after business hours and based on service level agreement guidelines and serving as the primary point of contact.
Assessing the need for potential rollbacks during release implementation and obtaining the necessary approvals
Facilitating lessons-learned meetings for release issues and following through on resolutions
Assisting with release management activities to improve practices, processes, and projects that drive value for the business.
Creating reports and dashboards as well as configuring security.

Required
Strong experience with Salesforce Security Model
Proficient in Data Loader or an ETL Tool for data integration activities
Experience in troubleshooting issues
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in an Agile development framework
Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills
Effective oral and written communication skills
BS or equivalent and 4–7 years of work experience in computer sciences or related field, or equivalent combination
Salesforce Certified Administrator with 4 years’ experience minimum
Hands on experience with AutoRABIT for promoting releases between environments and roll back as well as installation and configuration experience with the product
Hands on data masking experience with Salesforce Shield
Hands On Experience with JIRA
Hands On Experience with set up and maintenance of GIT
Knowledge of MuleSoft Integration with Salesforce
Hands On Experience in the Administration of Salesforce Financial, Service and Experience Clouds
Minimum 4+ years of software release experience with commercial off-the-shelf applications
Working knowledge of Microsoft Team Foundation Server/Azure DevOps and Microsoft Office tools
Experience in the Financial Industry preferred
Willingness to occasionally travel overnight (in most cases by air)
Able to work outside of normal business hours, as your work schedule will be affected by project schedules
