Responsibilities

Lead the go-to-market marketing strategy to articulate value proposition and differentiators to clients and prospects.

Develop and launch lead generation initiatives through various channels to drive urgency of action.

Manage product and solutions marketing positioning innovation.

Cultivate systems for lead flow and measure effectiveness through the sales cycle.

Elevate the company's status as an expert advisor through media opportunities.

Customize content for events and collaborate on branding and messaging.

Set KPIs for marketing, track them, and present reports to the executive team.

Manage and develop a team of marketing professionals.

Create strategic marketing partnerships and drive analyst and advisor relations.

Required

10-15+ years’ experience as a senior marketing leader for a large B2B business in healthcare

Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, value-messaging, sales, CRM, thought leadership, etc.)

Solid understanding of the Payer and Provider market and use of market research and data analysis methods

Ability to apply techniques using digital (e.g., social media) and non-digital (e.g., press) channels

Deep understanding of different healthcare verticals (payors; providers; analytics; digital)

Proficient in digital intelligence software and in optimization of CRM tools (Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, SalesForce, etc.)

BS/BA; MBA will be a plus

Solid understanding of the Business Process Operations of Health Plans as well as Provider based organizations
