Responsibilities

Design and develop new and custom products according to project specifications.

Detail new and custom products with meticulous attention to precision and accuracy.

Upgrade drawings to adhere to the latest manufacturing and engineering standards.

Facilitate the quote process by creating comprehensive cost estimates for new designs and existing products.

Manage Process Engineering Change Notices to ensure smooth transitions and process optimizations.

Provide technical support in the shop as required to address challenges and maintain high-quality standards.

Maintain organized records and drawing files for easy accessibility and reference.

Collaborate with sales and production teams, offering engineering data and support to drive collective success.

Perform other duties as assigned, showcasing adaptability and dedication to team objectives.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering OR Associate’s degree with equivalent combination of education and experience

Proven competency utilizing SolidWorks and Auto CAD

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs such as Excel and Word

Preferred

Finite Element Analysis is a plus

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated and self-starter

Ability to work individually and as a collaborative team-player

Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with personnel across all areas of business
