Responsibilities

Support manufacturing plants to enhance Asset Reliability through technical support to the Maintenance function.

Optimize Time-based (PM) and Condition-based Maintenance (CbM) processes to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

Analyze Equipment History and coach Technical Expertise including Statistical Analysis, Predictive technologies, and creative Problem Solving.

Focus on data analytics of past failures and current equipment condition to impact future Equipment Effectiveness.

Collaborate with Plant's Maintenance Planners to develop failure mode driven maintenance procedures.

Facilitate RCM Analysis workshops on top facility assets, utilize statistical tools, and coordinate with plant's asset owners for maintenance strategies.

Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Program, conduct Bad Actor Analysis, and provide facilitation to Asset Criticality Analysis.

Support Preventive Maintenance Evaluation (PME), Preventative Maintenance Optimization (PMO), and Human-Factored Procedure writing.

Collaborate with Capital Delivery and Project Engineering for Design for Reliability (DfR) and Design for Maintainability (DfM).

Participate in final inspection and commissioning validation of new equipment installations.

Calculate Asset Life-Cycle Costs (LCC) and durations on critical equipment.

Support Condition-based Maintenance (CbM) Program through various maintenance technologies like Vibration Analysis, Infrared Thermography, etc.

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field

3+ years of previous maintenance experience

Experience with Preventative Maintenance programs

Familiarity with statistical tools and software

Excellent teamwork and facilitation skills

Remote position that will travel up to 75% of time on average. Must be able to travel independently and as a responsible CAG representative

Willingness to obtain CMRP and PdM certifications
