Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day project management support.
Create and maintain project documentation, including daily, weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly status reports, project schedules and plans, meeting minutes, risk and issue logs, and other necessary documentation.
Plan and allocate resources efficiently.
Analyze project risks and issues, and help identify ways to mitigate them.
Monitor and track project processes and deliverables.
Conduct cost/benefit analyses.
Document specifications and requirements, ensuring accurate tracking.
Offer continuous support for ongoing processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Work collaboratively to meet the agency's workload demands.

Required
A degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field is required.
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred
Scrum Master certification is a plus.
