Responsibilities
Manage customer relationships and understand their needs to adapt solutions for client success.
Focus on customer advocacy and outcome-driven success.
Demonstrate strong communication, organization, presentation, data analysis, problem-solving, time management, relationship building, managing a diverse book of business, and project management skills.
Utilize knowledge of legal operations, Salesforce, JIRA, and Zendesk. Knowledge of SaaS is a plus.
