Responsibilities
Develop plans and strategies for growing business and achieving sales goals in designated divisions.
Manage the sales process and budgets to ensure profitable growth.
Use software to document sales leads, processes, and communication.
Define sales processes, identify improvements, and implement systems to support sales success.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and monitor customer, market, and competitor activity.
Collaborate with the sales director and marketing team to establish successful support programs.
Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners to build key relationships.
Meet or exceed sales revenue targets, generate leads, and participate in trade organizations to promote the company.
Assist in planning sales exhibits, participate in educational conferences, and troubleshoot service-related issues.
Stay informed about new products, services, and industry developments.
Check on competitive activity, develop new methods for attaining resellers, and address customer inquiries and complaints.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Required
At least three years of field sales experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
