Responsibilities
Develop scope and budget on various air quality projects;
Manage and complete projects accurately and on time;
Develop high-quality work products and provide quality control review;
Effectively communicate information with internal project team and external clients;
Develop and maintain trusting professional relationships with project team members and clients;
Promote Spirit externally and help grow services and revenue by marketing to potential clients;
Continue to learn and grow while mentoring/training other team members.

Required
At least 10 years of air quality consulting experience
4 years of project management experience
B.S. or above from an accredited college or university in an engineering or a related scientific discipline
Understanding of engineering concepts such as chemical processes and emissions control technologies
Ability to perform field work including climbing staircases, walking on uneven surfaces, and lifting light loads
Ability to travel (less than 10%)
Preferred
Team leader experience
Additional state level air quality experience within the Gulf Coast Region (Texas, Mississippi, Alabama)
