Responsibilities
Preparation of internal and external client communications.
Report analysis.
Meeting internal and external client deadlines.
Supporting internal and external clients.
Proofreading, editing, drafting, and finalizing client financial statements, reports, proposals, and engagement letters.
Preparing communications like memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
Performing administrative tasks such as billing, processing tax returns, and creating client portals.
Analyzing reports using various software programs, running weekly reports for different service lines, and analyzing data for accuracy.
Engaging in special project work as requested, including cross-functional interaction with team members.
Anticipating and responding to requests for involvement in processes and procedures.
Working in a collaborative team environment while being self-motivated.

Required
High School Diploma
Experience in administrations or relevant field
Preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Keen attention to detail
Problem-solving and basic troubleshooting skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Firm technology and a paperless environment
Be flexible to manage a heavier workload and multiple client projects especially during busy seasons
