Responsibilities

Build and implement new development tools and infrastructure based on business needs.

Reach out to end users and project teams to provide support in complex cases.

Automate and improve development and deployment processes.

Test and examine code to ensure smooth deployment.

Help ensure systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats.

Identify technical problems and develop software updates and fixes.

Analyze tickets to identify common themes for process improvement.

Create and maintain design documents, user guides, test scripts, and service-related documentation.

Provide end-user support on a variety of basic and complex issues.

Perform other tasks as reasonably assigned.
