Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum Meetings Coordinates and facilitates Scrum meetings, such as Sprint planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives, and provides sufficient records.
Define Team Performance Metrics Works with the team to define and deliver relevant metrics that are formulated and utilized for meeting project objectives.
Plan and coordinate Team Training on the Scrum processes.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
Certified Scrum Master with 7 Years’ experience
Experience leading agile development ceremonies
Experience developing and updating technical documentation
Possess a Secret Clearance
