Responsibilities
Identify and gather requirements, translate into best practice solutions with a focus on user experience
Design and build effective business solutions on Salesforce platform
Create platform roadmap, define priorities, and liaise with stakeholders
Manage DevOps/release processes and improve efficiency
Enhance data quality and implement automation for data management
Configure Salesforce security aspects and user support
Maintain technical documentation and identify platform improvements
Stay updated on certifications and new Salesforce features

Required
7+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
Experience in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud required; experience with CPQ is a plus
In-depth knowledge of Flow Builder
Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification
Experience in successful integrations with external systems, e.g. Netsuite
Bachelor’s degree information systems or computer science preferred

Experience with Platform App Builder
