Responsibilities

Demonstrates mastery of Administrative Assistant I job description competencies.

Provides consistent, effective customer service and maintains professional communication with various stakeholders.

Manages calendar, meetings, work procedures, and acts as a liaison between finance and programs.

Handles office supply needs, performs routine maintenance on office equipment, and initiates safety procedures in emergencies.

Coordinates efforts between departments, ensures compliance with processes, and maintains accurate data entry.

Adheres to standards regarding confidential information, conducts audits, and streamlines work processes.

Provides information, supports feedback processes, and performs other related responsibilities as assigned.
