Responsibilities

Prepare and give weekly Tool Box Talks, Daily Safety Huddles, and maintain safety records.

Perform daily Quantity Review with Superintendent and Job Foreman, track completion of work, and maintain files for extra work.

Maintain logs for general correspondence, shop drawings, subcontractors, deliveries, and materials.

Enter daily payroll information, track subcontractors, and assist in productivity tracking.

Maintain job records, track job codes, and assist in ensuring work is completed properly.

Required

B.S. Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering with 1 to 3 years of related experience

Experience in Heavy Construction (site-work, roads or environmental)

Must be capable of meeting deadlines, self-motivated, detail oriented; have above average interpersonal skills and have excellent follow-through capability

Verbal and written communication skills are essential to this position

Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment; able to accurately process written documents, perform duties in a timely manner, be highly organized and able to interface; communicate effectively with company, clients and field personnel at all levels.
