Responsibilities
Collaborate with marketing and enrollment management teams to define key performance indicators and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Develop application and admission reports, optimize data maintenance, and create business intelligence tools.
Fulfill data requests from stakeholders, communicate analysis results to senior leadership, and provide regular and ad hoc reports.
Be responsive to urgent requests and work outside normal business hours when necessary.

Required
1 to 2 or more years of experience in business analytics
Bachelor's degree required
High-level analytical skills and excellent computer skills, including the ability to work with advanced MS Office, complex databases, and spreadsheets
Experience utilizing complex information held databases. Prior experience with Slate, along with any knowledge/experience in SQL, CSS, HTML, PowerBI, and Tableau
Strong desire to innovate and improve systems and processes that maximize efficiency through data insights
Intuitive decision-maker who takes satisfaction in ownership of the responsibility and authority of the position
Thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment and leads with a collaborative and positive attitude that supports the mission of the school
Ability to understand and solve multi-dimensional problems through system analysis and collaboration with others, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize work and anticipate scheduling needs to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and motivated by complex challenges of enrollment and the opportunity to creatively problem-solve
Demonstrable commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and track record of advocating for diverse and inclusive teams
Ability to meet consistent attendance
Ability to interact with colleagues, supervisors, and customers face to face
Strong understanding of enrollment/higher ed landscape and admissions, including familiarity with at least three years of experience in admissions preferred

Superior demonstrated written and oral communication skills, proactive communicator preferred
Demonstrated ability to execute and move multiple high priorities forward simultaneously preferred
