Responsibilities
Maintain strict confidentiality of information.
Provide administrative support to the General Manager and direct reports.
Organize meetings and video conferences, prepare agendas, and keep minutes and action items.
Provide recommendations to the General Manager on business management matters.
Coordinate trips, appointments, and the General Manager's agenda.
Maintain records, assist in generating reports, and act as a point of contact between stakeholders.
Purchase tools and consumables for the General Manager, organize travel, and create material requisitions.
